This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned F.I.R.No.443 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent dated 15.09.2024 and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since there is no adverse order passed as against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tambaram in S.T.C. E-filing No.LTN202300022900202460267 of 2024 on 24.10.2024.

5. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
