2. Today, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that detenu has been examined by the Medical Officer attached to the Jail and further medical investigation are underway. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor requests for a short accommodation to place a medical report before this Court. Request acceded to.
List one week hence. List on 13.02.2023.'
2. The aforesaid proceedings are tell-tale qua essential facts and the trajectory the matter has taken.
3. Today Mr.M.Mohamed Saifullah, learned counsel representing Ms.R.Subadra Devi for petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyappraj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents are before us.
4. Pursuant to aforementioned 06.02.2023 earlier proceedings, Page Nos.1/4
today learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before us a medical report and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
5. A careful perusal of the medical report leaves us with the considered view that there is nothing really very alarming warranting the prayer to fix an early date to be acceded to. Page Nos.2/4
6. Therefore, captioned criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of as closed albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner to come up with a similar/same prayer if there are further developments or if there is any deterioration in health of detenu.
