ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first Respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2023 and take disciplinary action against the erring revenue authorities namely the then Deputy Zonal Tahsildar, Ulundurpet (3rd Respondent herein) and Asanur Village Administrative officer (4th Respondent herein).
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner owned agricultural lands comprised in S.Nos.172/1, 172/6A, 172/6B at Asanur Village, Ulundurpet Taluka, Kallakurichi District. The petitioner was issued patta under Patta No.1301. While being so, another patta was issued for S.No.172/6B in Patta No.4784, Patta No.4785 was issued for the land comprised in S.No.172/6A and Patta No.4786 was issued for the land comprised in S.No.172/1 and added third persons in the patta. Therefore, the petitioner
filed an appeal before the first respondent and thereafter, the first respondent directed the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation. Thereafter, patta was accorded in favour of the petitioner. Now, the petitioner submitted a representation to take appropriate action on the illegal activities committed by the third and fourth respondents.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.04.2023, after issuance of notice to the third and fourth respondents and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
