Hence, based on the averments contained in the petition and the fact that there is no objection put forth, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered and the writ petitions are restored to the file of this Court.

2.Mr.Mahesh would request that, seeing as the petitioners are senior citizens and the writ petitions are of the year 2017, the matters may be heard at an early date. Acceding to his request, these writ petitions are listed for hearing on 28.10.2024.
