This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition from Blood Surety to any Ration card surety of friends and neighbours and to allow any other proof other than Aadhar card in Crl.MP.No.6215 of 2019 dated 06.11.2019.

Heard Mr.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.

The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu released the petitioner on bail with a condition that in two sureties one surety should be a blood relative. Since the petitioner is not having blood relative, he requests to modify the condition.
