This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 6, as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, particularly at Paragraph No.3 of the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the proposed respondents 3 to 6 are hereby brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the bundle and post the case on 01.03.2023.
