This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.25771 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing
for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition for 20 days and hence objected to modify the condition.
3. Considering the said submission that the petitioner has complied the condition for 20 days and the petitioner has no previous case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months". 11-12-2024 drl To
