Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2024 submitted to the 1st respondent based on the Arbitration Award dated 17.11.2023 passed by the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur in Arbitration O.P.No.5 of 2022 and grant the compensation due to the petitioner for the lands acquired by the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
