This application has been filed to modify the Order of this Court dated 10.11.2023 passed in A.No.5960 of 2023 in O.P.No.672 of 2023.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the examination of child started from 17.11.2023 and it will be over by 02.12.2023. Therefore, it is difficult to leave the custody of the child to the petitioner on 25.11.2023.

3. Considering the above submissions, the applicant is directed to take the child from the school hostel on 09.12.2023 at 9.00 a.m. and drop the child in the school hostel at 5.00 p.m. on 10.12.2023. The earlier direction of this Court directing the petitioner to take the child from the school hostel on 25.11.2023 is modified as indicated above. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the applicant has all along come from Salem along with his mother to see the child.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted take the child from the hostel on 25.11.2023 and spend time with her for 3 hours, viz., till 1.00 p.m. and drop the child in the hostel at 1.00 p.m. The school Correspondent is directed to permit the petitioner to take the child from the school hostel on 25.11.2023 and 09.12.2023.
