This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.OP.No.25141 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024 in Crime No.712/2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, M-3, Puzhal Police Station, Chennai District.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 15 days and seven previous cases are pending against the petitioner and investigation in this matter has been completed and final report is yet to be filed. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25141 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
