This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for appellant would submit that this Court by Judgment dated 24.06.2025 partly allowed the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. However, he would submit that the year of MCOP number mentioned in the judgment as 2021 instead of mentioning as 2019. He would further submit that in para 2 of the order, challenging the impugned award, the claimants preferred this appeal, but it was wrongly mentioned as the tribunal filed the present appeal. He would also submit that in para 5 of the judgment, the total amount of compensation awarded by the tribunal was mentioned as Rs.6,96,960/- instead of mentioning it as Rs.11,47,384/-. Hence, he prayed to amend the same and requested to issue fresh order copy. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today.

3. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for appellant and perused the order.

4. Considering his submissions, Registry is directed to incorporate the number and words as follows:- prayer column, para 1 and para 7 The year of claim petition mentioned as "2021" shall be substituted as "2019"

para 2 The words mentioned as "the tribunal filed the present appeal" shall be substituted as "the claimants filed the present appeal" Sl. No.10 of Calculation column :_ The total amount awarded by the tribunal mentioned as Rs.6,96,960/- shall be substituted as Rs.11,47,384/-.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the judgment of this Court in C.M.A.No.2873 of 2023 dated 24.06.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the appellant.
