This application has been filed to transpose the third respondent as the petitioner in O.P.No.246 of 2023.

2. The petitioner, who was the executor under the Will, has filed the Original Petition for grant of probate. Now, since the petitioner died on 22.10.2023, this application came to be filed by the third respondent, who is said to be beneficiary under the Will.

3. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with this application, this applicant is Ordered.

4. The petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment. The petitioner is directed implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. The registry is directed to delete the name of the Advocate Commissioner in the cause list.
