O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order

dated 28.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.34681 of 2012.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by Mr.H.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General that the respondents have already complied with the orders passed by this court and accordingly, paid a sum of Rs.75,84,756/-. The same is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Advocate General also submitted that the pension amount of the petitioner is yet to be settled.

3. Mr.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General, submitted that the pension papers have already been forwarded to the office of the Accountant General and the same will be processed in due course of time.

4. In the light of the above, this court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the orders passed by this court. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
