Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been paying the rent regularly till October, 2022. As there was refusal, they could not pay the rent thereafter. Now, the petitioners have been served with an order of eviction pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, in which, they were not parties.

Unless leave is granted, the petitioners cannot challenge the order passed in the writ petition. Hence, leave is granted.
