It is stated that the Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking regularisation of Medical Leave which the petitioner had availed for a period of one month.

2. However, it is stated by the learned Counsel that the petitioner had since retired on attaining the age of superannuation and all terminal benefits have been paid and received. No issue arises for adjudication.
