2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.S.Rajamohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, now the prayer sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
