This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15854 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023.

2. It is the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner had complied with the condition till 28.02.2024 and thereafter he did not comply with the condition.

3. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner had been complying with the condition for more than 7 months.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has been complying with the condition for more than 7 months and also that investigation in this case is completed and final report is also filed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates and shall participate in the trial without fail.
