The petitioner/A8 in Crime No.1186 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 363 and 506 (ii) IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant had business relationship with A1. He was originally a rice merchant. He however diverted his business to Garment Industry and entered into partnership with A2. Thereafter, A1 told that the de facto complainant that there were dues of Rs.23,00,000/- payable for purchase of rice. When the de facto complainant protested about it, A1 and A2 appear to have engaged the other accused to commit the offences stated. The bail applications of some of the accused had been dismissed by this Court. In view of the above facts, further investigation has to be done. It is not yet completed.
