This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16047 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders vide order in Crl.M.P.No.13227 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16047 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023.

3.Let the petitioner to continue with the condition imposed by this Court, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
