This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.27362 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27362 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
