This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Additional District Munsif Court, Thittakudi for the speedy disposal of the application in I.A.No.180 of 2023 in O.S.No.104 of 2018.

2. The application in I.A.No.180 of 2023 is filed by the third party to the suit proceeding which was pending from the month of August 2023 under the caption for clarification.

3. According to the petitioner, the property said to be claimed by the plaintiff is not belong to the temple. Therefore, the trial Judge is directed to dispose the I.A.No.180 of 2023 in O.S.No.104 of 2018 to avoid further complications, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
