C.M.P.No.1884 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 581 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.1888 of 2020 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.1892 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 12 to 15 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 12 to 15 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
