O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent and their subordinates, not to harass the petitioners, under the guise of enquiry in connection with the un-disclosed complaint of the fourth respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that there is no case or complaint pending against the petitioner and he was never called for any enquiry.

3. Taking note of the above fact, this Court finds that the petitioner only by apprehension has come forward with the present petition. Further, there is no proof of harassment and hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
