This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6 that she shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each, in which one surety must be a blood related surety in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner wanted to modify the condition with regard to submitting blood related surety stating that her husband was also in prison and now he was released on bail and her son is a minor. However, she is having a brother, but he refused to furnish surety. So, there is no blood related surety for her. Hence, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Admittedly, now the charge sheet was filed. Considering the above submission, the condition to furnish one blood related surety is 1/3

modified to that effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, one surety must be a genuine surety and she shall also appear before the trial court in C.C.No.6022 of 2023 on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for another period of four months.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 207 of 2023 vide order dated 03.08.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 02.01.2024 rpp 2/3
