O R D E R

The order of the writ court was to pay 4% interest on the belated payment of retirement benefits and not complying with the order of the writ court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter is called, learned Standing Court appearing for Transport Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the interest, as ordered by the writ court, has been paid and the order has been complied with. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature, if at all, the petitioner is of the view that the amount has not been fully settled, liberty is hereby granted to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
