ORDER

Mr.R.Bharanidharan, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 8th respondent was instructed to get some of the particulars in order to enable this

Court to pass a consolidated order in the writ petition. In the meantime, an application has been filed in WMP.No.40378 of 2024, by a Sangam, on the ground that their rights will also be affected if any orders are passed without hearing them. This is in view of the fact that the same Sangam had approached this Court on an earlier occasion by filing WP.No.5143 of 2012 and this writ petition was disposed of by an order dated 05.03.2012, by issuing certain directions. This order was further confirmed in appeal in W.A.No.1743 of 2012, by order dated 23.07.2021. Hence, this WMP is ordered and the Sangam is impleaded as a party in the present writ petition.

2.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title. A status report shall be filed by the 8th respondent as instructed by this Court. Post this writ petition under the same caption on 11.08.2025. 21.07.2025 kp
