ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders dated 11.03.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No11317 of 2015.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General submitted before this Court that the orders dated 11.03.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11317 of 2015 has been complied with. A copy of the said proceedings dated 22.09.2023, has also been placed before this Court.

3. Mr.Muthukkannu, learned counsel for the petitioner has also received the copy of the said proceedings dated 22.09.2023.

4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If there is any dispute, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, Sub Application (OS) Nos.615 and 616 of 2023, are closed.
