PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.769 of 2019 pending on its file within a time fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.769 of 2019 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 09.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned V Additional District Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.769 of 2019.

3. The learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore has submitted a report stating that I.A.No.1 of 2019 has been filed along with the suit for the relief of interim injunction. Thereafter, I.A.No.2 of 2020 2/4

has been filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner and I.A.No.3 of 2021 has been filed for a direction to the plaintiff to pay the Court fee. Those applications are pending. All the above three applications and the suit are posted on 29.01.2025. Therefore, he requests one month time to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019. 4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.769 of 2019 on or before 28.02.2025.
