This petition has been filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Kallakurichi to expedite of O.S No. 7 of 2016 within the period of time frame fixed by this court.

2.Considering the fact that the suit is pending for more than seven years. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the O.S No. 7 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
