2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this L.R.

Petition is filed by the wife, sons and mother of the deceased petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition, impleading all the petitioners herein, as petitioners in the writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner i.e., the first petitioner herein is the nominee of the petitioner to get his monetary benefits.

5. Considering the same, this petition is allowed to the extent to implead the first petitioner only as petitioner in the place of the deceased petitioner in the writ petition. With respect to rest of the petitioners, this petition is dismissed.
