The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351 (3) and 303(2) of B.N.S. in Crime No. Not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that there is no other case pending against the petitioner other than the case in Crime No.201 of 2024 for the offence under Sec.296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of B.N.S. He would further submit that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by the lower court in Crime No.201 of 2024.

3. Recording his submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
