ORDER

Writ petition has been filed in the nature of a certiorarified mandamus seeking interference with the order of the first respondent dated 05.06.2017 to include the name of the petitioner in the seniority list for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer. 2.

The petitioner's name had been subsequently included in the panel and it is stated by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner had been promoted also.

In view of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner had been addressed, no issue arise for adjudication. 4.

Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
