This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8061 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7742 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on every Friday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
