This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week at i.e., on every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16382 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e.,on any working day at 10.30a.m., till the filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
