Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pursuant to the order in 758/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 07.11.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently produce the detenu Arun aged about 22 years S/o. Ramachandran, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty and the detenu is confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The matter was heard through Video Conferencing. 2.This Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, Arun, S/o, Ramachandran, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in No.758/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 07.11.2019.

respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner. 4.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
