Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pursuant to the order in 755/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 07.11.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently produce the detenu Choko @ Ameer Amsa aged about 25 years S/o. Thameemun Ansari, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty and the detenu now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal Chennai.

This Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, Choko @ Ameer Amsa, S/o. Thameemun Ansari challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in 1\2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.755/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 07.11.2019.

3.It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner. 4.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
