Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this petition for nonprosecution.
