2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that though there was representation on behalf of the defendant, vakalat has not been filed. 3.Application has been filed to combine the cause of action for infringement of Trade Mark and passing off.

4.In view of these facts, Application is allowed, permission is granted to combine the causes of action.
