Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 5.1.2024 in W.P.No.36476 of 2023.

It is submitted that the name of learned counsel for the petitioner is wrongly recorded in the order dated 5.1.2024. The correct name ought to be Mr.M.Anantharaj.

In view of the submissions made, the name of Mr.M.Anantharaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, be recorded in the appearance portion as well as in the first paragraph of the order dated 5.1.2024.

Necessary correction be carried out.

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
