This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Se.Mu.No.3192/2021/A3 dated 03.11.2023 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
