This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.11.2019 made by the petitioner.

The petitioner was working at the Printing and Stationery Department from the year 2017 onwards at Chennai. The 1st respondent by an order dated 30.09.2019, transferred the petitioner to Virudhunagar. The petitioner, in compliance to the order passed by the 1st respondent, has joined at Virudhunagar and thereafter, he has made a representation to the respondent by expressing certain difficulties to continue working at Virudhunagar. Since the said representation was not disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3.

Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.11.2019 made by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
