The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 256, 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 in Crime No.182 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who was working as an Employee in Neyveli Lignite Corporation with the help of the other accused, requesting that a Police Action to be taken against the accused. They fabricated NOC's and issued them to various persons and cheated them. Hence this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

rna petitioner would submit that they have issued fabricated NOC's. He further submitted that ten previous cases are pending against A1 and six previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the gravity of the offences, that ten previous cases are pending against A1 and six previous cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
