[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the accused/petitioners by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur at Dharapuram vide judgment dated 27.11.2020 in S.C. No.185 of 2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court is unable to find prima facie case to grant suspension of sentence to the petitioners. Therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
