The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Third Respondent to deposit the award amount of Rs. 7,67,728/- passed by the Fourth Respondent with interest at the rate of 12% from the date of the award in W.C. No. 71 of 2012 passed on 02.09.2016.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the entire amount due to the Petitioner in terms of the award dated 02.09.2016 in W.C. No. 71 of 2012 has been received by him and he has filed a memo dated 09.02.2022 to that effect through email, which is placed on record. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.
