ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No. 361 of 2023 from the Sub Court, Ambattur and transfer the same to the Sub Court,

Thiruvottriyur to be tried along with HMOP No. 166 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no objection to transfer the HMOP. Considering the above, this court is inclined to transfer the HMOP No. 361 of 2023 from the Sub Court, Ambattur and to the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvottriyur to be tried along with HMOP No. 166 of 2023. Further the Trial Court is directed to completed Trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision is disposed of. No cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.12.2023 pbl Note: Issue order copy on 02.01.2024.
