ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the detenue - Nandhini, D/o.Subramani, aged 25 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. The detenue is a woman aged about 25 years. She was stated to be in a relationship with one Dawood, a married man.

4.A perusal of the status report filed would reveal that both of them left to an unknown destination. Not only the petitioner but also the wife of the said Dawood has also given a complaint.
5.In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case.
6.Accordingly, the habeas corups petition stands closed with a direction to the respondent to continue with the investigation and trace the detenue.
