ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Vasantha Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Mr.T.M.Naveen, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

2. A representation is stated to have been given by the petitioner Association for carrying out the Rural Development

Schemes.

3. It would not be possible for us to pass specific orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the third respondent has been given the representation. In case, the said representation is pending with the third respondent, then the third respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within nine months from today. With this observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
