Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.P2/16131/2016 dated 19.06.2019 and quash the same and forbear the respondents 4 and 5 from rectifying the Taharapadavedu Village S.No.689/22, extend 0.0034 sq.meter in the name of the sixth respondent.

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Inter-Departmental communication between the District Collector, Vellore and the Director, Land Survey and Records Department in proceedings dated 19.06.2019 is sought to be quashed in the present writ proceedings.

2. Perusal of the order impugned would reveal that the District Collector, Vellore has sent a communication to the Director, Land Survey and Records Department stating that certain revenue records require corrections and accordingly, submitted a proposal. The said proposal would provide no cause to the writ petitioner to file the present Writ Petition. Admittedly, no notice for eviction has been issued against the writ petitioner. Thus, the Writ Petition is premature and not entertainable.
