These three applications have been filed consequent to the death of the 7th respondent and seeking to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the abatement and to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives as the respondents 9 to 13. 2.The names of the proposed respondents 9 to 13 are printed in the cause list. Registry was requested to put up a note whether any Vakalat has been filed on behalf of the proposed respondents, but, it appears that no counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents. No purpose in keeping the said Civil Miscellaneous Petitions still on the board of the Court. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. sms 06.07.2022 (1⁄2)
