2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that this petition is filed for challenging the Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1537 of 2022, which was filed under Section 311 of CrPC. Subsequently, the main case in C.C.No.132 of 2019 was disposed, acquitting the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes that the petitioner was acquitted in C.C.No.132 of 2019 and therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4
